Why we need more courts:
Pickleball is the 3rd most played sport in the US behind baseball and soccer, and the fastest growing sport both nationally and within Laguna Woods
There are currently an estimated 600 players in LWV (Club members + non-members) on 7 courts shared with paddle tennis. We project that by 2030 there will be 900 people in Laguna Woods wanting to play. Now is the time to address the issue.
