Can you spare 1-2 hours now and then?

We have more than 500 members. In order to continue to provide fun pickleball events and keep the courts running smoothly we need your help.

THE COMMITTEES:

Social: help manage an event; set-up, clear-up; BBQ grill; organize food service.

Tournaments: provide input into the tournaments we run; help with registrations; check-in desk; help with scoring and running Club tournaments and the Village Games.

Ladder: run a ladder for 8 weeks, taking in weekly scores & sending out the status.

Informal Play: help at the 2.0s and 2.5s informal, non-competitive playing events; be an extra paddle or a net coach.

Membership: check the lockbox weekly; confirm new and renewing members in our system; help members access the roster and events on their phones.

Court Maintenance: monitor the outdoor court equipment (nets, Lobster, brushes, rollers etc); collect the cracked balls; take items left at the courts monthly to the Lost & Found at the Pro Shop; keep an eye on the weather so that the sign-in sheets and Brad's Boxes don't get soaked; notify the board of any indoor issues with the courts or closet
