Where can I sign up for lessons?/Where do I start?
Go to our Beginners page and register for Introduction to Pickleball, a free session offered by the Pickleball Club to all residents. You do not need to be a member of the Club to attend.
The Club offers periodic coaching sessions for Beginners (2.0 skill level) and also runs periodic Social Play events for Beginners.
These events are for Club members, posted on the Calendar, and notice of upcoming events is emailed out to members.

How do I find people to play with?
This depends on your skill level. Visit the Find Other Players page.
How do I know what my Skill Level is?
You can assess yourself according to the USPA ratings here or attend a rating session. You can also participate in the tournaments and the Club ladder. If you are already playing with others at your level, ask them what level they are.
How do I change my Skill Level?

How do I see the Club Roster?
The roster is available to active members only, both on a computer (Club Roster on the menu bar) and on your phone.
Can I access the Club Roster on my phone?
Yes. Download the phone app “Wild Apricot for members” (orange squiggles on a white background) and log in. You need to have your login/password already set up. You can see/search the roster, view & register for club events, and manage your profile.
I can't remember if I signed up for an event.
You will have received an email confirming your registration. You can also see & register the Events (all events and the ones you signed up for) on your phone: Download the phone app “Wild Apricot for members” (orange squiggles on a white background) and log in. How do I cancel an event I registered for?
Email or text Nadine Levier for tournaments.

How do I add a photo to my profile? - Log into the website (not the phone app) on your phone or on a computer. Click on the head-and-shoulders icon in the top right corner. Select View profile, Edit profile, scroll down to Photo, Choose File, add your photo, Save. Too complicated? See Miranda or Niki at the courts.
I unsubscribed to emails by mistake. How do I re-subscribe?

What is the guest policy?
During prime time, a resident may have one guest; during non-prime time, up to three guests are permitted. Guests must be registered in Dwelling Live or accompanied through Gate 12. The resident must be at the court at all times with any guests and if playing, occupy the same court.What do I do if I think there are non-residents playing on the courts without a host?
Use your discretion but do not approach strangers. Call Security.
What do I do if someone is rude or abusive?
Use your discretion. Call Security if you feel threatened. Talk to a Board member if you think the person is a member - the Club has a Code of Conduct. Note: Brad's Boxes allows for you to sign up only with those people you want to play with.
Does the Club enforce the rules at the courts?
No. The courts are GRF property governed by GRF rules which are posted. The Club can help interpret and reinforce only.
Are the courts open on bank holidays?
The outdoor courts are open on bank holiday. The indoor courts and clubhouses are subject to holiday hours - look for a sign posted at the courts. The Club endeavors to send out a notice when hours change.
I lost my paddle/[something] at the courts
Lost and found paddles are handed in at the Golf Pro shop. We do not send out notices as we have a lot of non-members. Label your paddle!
